Description:

An "Extreme Makeover" I made for the popular dod_orange map.

- NOW AXIS VS BRITS
- OFFICIAL MAP TEXTURES
- EXTRA POINTS PER CAP
- ALL CAPS SINGLE MEN CAPS

Added the textures of dod_flash to give it some more realism and changed the allied US 
for the allied BRITISH so that k98/enfield battles can go on without weapon mods.

Removed the 2-men cap on top of the tower and made it a 1-man cap BUT with a larger cap delay.

Also, some flags give some funky score
